1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance items, health and wellness products (including supplements), beauty items, and any custom or personalized products.
3. Refund Options
Refunds are processed as store credit unless a different method is requested. If eligible for a refund to the original payment method, shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use your own shipping method or request a prepaid label from us (cost deducted from your refund).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Salon L In-Store Purchases
All purchases made in-person at Salon L are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
